We have been working with NSI since May of 1998. The first success was in the Adjustments group automation the process of resolving open items. Van Duyn Associates successfully interfaced Unitech and Vector-4 to provide a streamlined process of dispositioning open items. Unitech Systems' products ACR/Detail and ACR/TM were utilized in the implementation.
